Not production-ready, but 80 % there in just 12 hours. The last 20 % – refined shots, better physics, grading – would take it to roughly 40 hours.

AI video: black-and-white portrait of an old man (video)I always loved the old Guinness ads – from a time when ads were allowed to be art. I trained a Midjourney moodboard on screenshots of the original and brought back the three friends, 30 years later.
The hardest part: model restrictions around older people in risky situations, and a 320–720p source that trained a weak model – but captured the old lo-fi look perfectly. Made in September 2025, before Nano Banana; today it would take half the time.

The surprise was the music: made in ElevenLabs and seriously good. Headphones on.

"Monkey Crunch" chips bagA really quick one to test Higgsfield and Nano Banana: a woman, a human monkey and a chips pack designed in minutes, placed in situ and animated with Wan 2.1. Not perfect – the transition fought back – but fast enough to sell an idea.
